BILINGUAL Customer Service Assistant opportunity!
Temp-to-hire, hours 8am - 4:30pm (37.5 hrs/week)
- Customer Service & Communication – Provide front-desk reception, answer calls/emails, assist visitors, and facilitate Spanish-language translation as needed
- Administrative Support – Handle clerical tasks, schedule appointments, prepare reports/documents, manage office supplies, and maintain confidentiality
- Data & Records Management – Perform data entry, maintain electronic/physical files, process paperwork for applicants/residents, and prepare notices/flyers
- Property Management Assistance – Process maintenance work orders, manage key distribution, handle pet/assistance animal requests, and assist with rent delinquency notices
- Qualifications – Bilingual (REQUIRED), high school diploma (REQUIRED), administrative experience, computer skills (Microsoft Office)
