DIRECT HIRE Bilingual HR Generalist opportunity!
Duties:
- Process payroll
- Manage recruitment process
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
- Administration of attendance policy
- Benefits administration and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits programs
- Administration of performance management program
- Administration of training and development programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related degree or equivalent experience
- HR generalist experience in manufacturing environment
- HRIS systems experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
