Business Development and Recruitment Specialist

Gage is growing! We are hiring immediately for an individual to work within our Sales & Recruitment Team!

In this role you will be helping our business identify and hire top talent for our customers as well as building business relationships.

Duties to include but are not limited to:

• Collaborating to create an effective Sales Approach to attract candidates.
• Networking and developing business with clients; which could be virtual, face to face, over the phone or via video conference.
• Advising on hiring strategies for clients.
• Identifying high performing talent through a "project focused" talent mapping process.
• Headhunting through targeted cold calling to reach out to passive candidates and clients.
• Negotiating pay and salary benefits for candidates.
• Managing and reviewing applications, evaluating candidates, and checking their suitability for opportunities.
