Job Description

Retail Customer Service Position:

Are you a friendly, customer-focused individual? If you are, there is a locally-owned and operated business looking for a dedicated Retail/Hospitality Customer Service Person to join their team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service
  • Handle transactions at the point of sale
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment
  • Support the team with stocking, merchandising, and inventory as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping people and the community
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
