Batchers Needed 

Day shift

Responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

• Prepare and Measure Ingredients: Accurately measure and mix ingredients or materials based on a formula, or specification. This can include dry, liquid, or powdered ingredients.
• Batch Production: Ensure that the batches are prepared according to specifications and that they meet quality and consistency standards.
• Monitor Quality: Inspect ingredients and the finished batch to ensure it meets quality standards. Conduct tests or measurements as necessary.
• Documentation and Reporting: Record production batches, quantities, and ingredients used in batch logs or digital systems to maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals, hazardous materials, or hot equipment. Wear appropriate protective gear and report any safety hazards or incidents.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and materials required for batch production. Notify management when materials are running low or need replenishment.
• Collaboration with Team: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors and quality control staff, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any production issues.
