Responsibilities:

Oversee financial management and analysis with a hands-on approach
Develop and implement advantageous financial and tax strategies
Create tools for critical financial insights and actionable recommendations for the CEO
Analyze business initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and product launches
Lead and mentor the Finance team, ensuring effective operations and internal controls

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA and CPA preferred
Senior financial leadership in a manufacturing environment REQUIRED
