CONTRACT PROJECT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY!
May 2025 – December 2025 (6-7 months)
Responsibilities
- Design and manage a semi-automated project management system to streamline intake, prioritization, execution, and evaluation of Organization Development
- Lead planning and execution of projects related to org design, role clarity, talent development, and change enablement
- Coordinate data collection and synthesis (e.g., interviews, surveys, diagnostics) to generate insights that inform OD strategy
- Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and check-ins to maintain alignment, momentum, and accountability
- Schedule and manage all project-related events, including kickoffs, reviews, status updates, and stakeholder sessions
- Develop clear reports and dashboards to track progress, highlight wins, and flag potential risks
- Build strong relationships with partners and tailor communication to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Monitor and communicate project status, risks, and scope changes to key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within HR, OD, or change management settings
- PMP Certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and standard documentation practices
- Strong facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
