Job Description

Excellent temp-to-hire CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL CENTER opportunities!

Requirements:

Be available Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm
Be available for Overtime, Weekends, and to be On Call One Week a Month
Starting pay rate, $16/hr

Job Duties:

Receive inbound calls, create notifications, perform account maintenance, input data, and document customer notes on accounts
Receive/process outage and 911 emergency calls within company and regulatory guidelines
Utilize independent analysis and judgment resolving customer concerns
Analyze and resolve customer inquiries
Handle irate customers in a calm, courteous and professional manner

Ability to commute/relocate:

Reading, PA: Reliably commute
