Job Title: Full-Time Manager at a Family-Owned Car Wash

· Provide exceptional customer service by greeting Customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
· Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Car Wash facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
· Manage the workflow and scheduling of Car Wash employees to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and maintain a seamless Customer experience.
· Train and supervise a team of Car Wash employees, provide guidance on best practices and efficient workflows, and deliver an exceptional Customer experience.
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility meets our standards of cleanliness, including maintaining a clean Car Wash tunnel, clean vacuum area, and well-maintained equipment.
· Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other consumables, and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
· Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and Customers, including proper use of equipment, adherence to safety guidelines, and handling of any hazardous materials.
· Collaborate with the Owner to develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers, increase customer loyalty, and maximize revenue.
· Analyze performance metrics such as Car Wash volume, customer satisfaction ratings, monthly membership programs, sales data, and implement strategies to improve results.
· Assist in managing financial aspects of the business, including monitoring and increasing revenue and controlling expenses.
· Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and make recommendations for process improvements and equipment upgrades to enhance the car wash experience.
· Previous experience in a managerial role within the Car Wash industry or a related field is strongly preferred.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
· Detail-oriented mindset to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
· Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling, staffing, inventory management, and reporting.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
