DIRECT HIRE Financial Controller

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

• Oversee financial operations including AP/AR, job cost accounting, payroll and cash flow management
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances
• Work with management team to ensure financial directives are followed
• Maintain state registrations, business and tax licenses, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years' experience
• Proficiency with current financial software, Excel, etc.
• Construction background preferred
