Position Summary:

The person in this position carries out specific tasks as directed by a Team Leader throughout various areas within their department. The Department Transfer would be required to move/transfer throughout the department at any time based on production needs and as directed by their Team Leader or Production Manager. They will perform a variety of functions across different departments which would require specific job and process related knowledge. This position involves a high level of discretion and judgment with all work being performed with minimal supervision. There would not be any supervision of other employees.

Job Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• Two to five years of specialized experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills
• Must be organized and possess the ability to carry out a variety of functions within a specific timeframe
• Must have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; exhibiting a customer service mindset
• Responsible for upholding the company’s values, vision and mission by integrating into their work: integrity, respect, accountability, resourcefulness and innovation
• Must be willing to transfer to other departments and positions based on manufacturing needs when directed by supervisor
