Job Description

Executive Assistant - DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

100% On-Site Position

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive administrative professional (HEALTHCARE setting REQUIRED)
Exceptional organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills
Outstanding communication and customer service capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver top-notch administrative support, including managing executive schedules and coordinating meetings
Draft, proofread, and finalize emails, reports, contracts, and other key documents
Maintain comprehensive records, organize files, and ensure documentation accuracy
Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
