Job Summary:
Local company seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Finance. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of executive-level tasks, ensuring the EVP’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the review of legal contracts and related documents. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Administrative Support: Manage the EVP’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and coordinate daily activities.
Document Preparation & Management: Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Legal Contract Review Support: Assist the legal team by reviewing contracts and legal documents for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Highlight key issues or discrepancies and flag them for further review by legal professionals
