The Helpdesk Coordinator role is an integral part of the IT staff being the face of the department, fielding incoming calls for the technicians, and prioritizing helpdesk tickets.
Essential job functions:
- Answering incoming helpdesk calls
- Communicate with users through tickets and emails pertaining to their computer problems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Office 365 experience
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Ability to create training documentation for new software, modifications, hardware, or processes for both users and the IT group
