Now hiring a Part Time BOOKKEEPER for a local family-owned and operated business.
Job Duties:
- Part time Bookkeeper/Office Manager
- 20-25hrs per week
- AP/AR
- Delegate account holds, collection calls and new customers, etc.
- Reconciling credit card statements and monitoring expenses.
- Ensure proper coding and accounting
- Monitoring Quickbooks inputs
- Monthly tax filings (sales tax, IFTA and HUT)
- Reports to the Controller- elevates issues when necessary but otherwise will handle the day to day functions.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook, etc)
- Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping principals
- Assist with excel/data entry
- Self starter, ability to make decisions on their own and make suggestions.
- Ability to learn software, assist with truck build entry into inventory management software.
- Inventory accounting or basic knowledge of inventory management
