Part-time AP Clerk
Excellent part-time temp-to-hire opportunity!
Approximately 24 - 30 hrs per week flexible, open to 3 full days, 5 half days, etc.
*Coordinates and completes AP activity/transactions
*Makes changes to vendor information as required
*Ensures payments are transacted as agreed per negotiated contracts
*Maintains clear, accurate and well-documented records
*Ensure the accuracy of the process as it relates to vendor payment, processing of purchase orders, receiving invoices and payments of invoices and communication with buyers
