- Review current vendor folders to make sure we have all up to date and correct signed documentation on file. (trade agreement, scope of work, COI, General Agreements, Pricing)
- Send out, track, and receive updated vendor documentation
- Update Vendor price files
- Assist the Purchasing Coordinator in cleaning up and creating some new files for Model Homes and Rebates tracking and reporting.
- Assist the Director of Purchasing & Estimating in creating some IHMS (our business software) navigational guides. This includes detailed word documentation of important items that we don’t use every day and is hard to remember where and how to find them.
- Follow up with trades in order to collect the scope of work change forms
- Price file cleanup with vendor files
- Full Time Hours
- 1st Shift (7:30am-4pm)
- 6 Week Assignment
- After 6 weeks there is the possibility of additional work, however those hours will be part time Monday, Wednesday & possibly Friday (as needed)
