***Temporary (anticipate 9-10 months) but could lead to a potential temp-to-hire opportunity***

Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately
Answering multiple phone lines and directing calls
Taking and relaying accurate and complete messages
Dealing with queries or requests from the employees and public
Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information
