Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Develop sales strategies and plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of sales objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Prior experience with technical product manufacturer
• Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
