Summary of Position:

Monitors tank in mix rooms and product use, cooling racks, etc.  Hooks up system for CIP, prepares mix room for mixers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitors tank and product conditions ensuring integrity of mix
• Properly hooks up systems for CIP and mixing
• Thorough cleaning of CIPS systems and tanks.
• Tears down, cleans reassembles pumps
• Foams and hoses entire room and outside of equipment.
• Must be capable of lifting 50 to 70 lbs. on a frequent basis and lift/maneuver up to 100 lbs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
