Eshleman’s Transportation is seeking dedicated individuals to join their TEAM as School Bus Drivers!

Job Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school.
• Maintain a clean bus and a positive environment.
• Follow a scheduled route while managing time effectively.
• Ensure the safety of all students during transportation.
• Adhere to all traffic laws.
• Abide by school district policies.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements (not required but highly recommended).
• Must pass Drug and Alcohol screening.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; training available to obtain a CDL and the necessary endorsements.
