DIRECT HIRE Training Coordinator

Candidates must possess the ability to learn technology platforms easily and assist others of all skill levels in learning through one on one training, and group setting training sessions. Patience is a must, in addition to strong relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in others and meeting their needs.

Job Functions:

• Develop training programs & supporting materials
• Lead group training sessions
• Learn office programs, internal systems and processes
• Evaluate tech systems to keep up with the ever changing industry

Qualifications:

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to teach in a group setting
• Tech skills to troubleshoot basic issues with copiers, phones, computers
• Act as the liaison between the office and the tech company and various vendors to get resolution to any issues that arise
• Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Excel, Publisher, etc)
• G-Suite experience
• Strong technology skills with the ability to learn new programs
