Transportation Supervisor

Location- Leesport, PA

Position- Full Time

Salary Range- $35,000 to $45,000 DOE

 Seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join the team as a Transportation Supervisor.

 Key Responsibilities- Duties to include but not be limited to:

• Daily dispatch and staffing of school buses and company vehicles
• Implement district provided schedules
• Ensuring compliance with regards to safety regulations and company policies
• Optimize efficiencies

Qualifications-

• CDL and school bus license preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and procedures
• Proven ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Comprehensive clearances and screenings apply due to the nature of the position

• Clean driving record
• Pass drug screening
• Pass background checks
• Pass child abuse checks
